The 2nd Annual PHILADELPHIA INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL (PIFF) presents an inspired program of national and international independent films in the dynamic American city.

A celebration of cinematic achievements taking place just hours from Boston, New York, and Washington DC, the Festival is a place to enjoy great movies, art and music while exploring the history of a nation. PIFF boasts a walking-style environment, allowing for easy access to multiple screenings, in a relaxed, non-competitive setting, as well as free community outdoor screenings on weekend nights under the starry Philadelphia sky.

The Festival boasts an exceptional filmmaker hospitality program - providing screening and party tickets, as well as interesting and interactive industry panels - all to ensure that the experience is fun, productive, and filled with networking and exposure opportunities. Exhibiting filmmakers also have substantial post-screening Q&A sessions, which often produce the most rewarding moments.
